Wheatfield with Crows Tapestry

One of Vincent Van Gogh's (1853 - 1890) most important paintings. It is controversial and there is speculation of it's interpretation and being his very last masterpiece painted in 1890, within the month before his death.

This piece shows anguish, torment and loneliness, as the drama plays in the dark sky filled with clouds and crows and the paths that are cut off, may indicate he was aware his end was near.
