Today I was looking out the window of my office into my garden… the mailman was walking by, while butterflies fluttered and the hummingbird drank from the feeder… it was like a Norman Rockwell illustration for Life Magazine. Very charming and beautiful flowering color abounded in this momentary scene.

To me this is what summer is all about.. simple pleasures.

Next time I might have my digital camera ready to snap the moment.. if it’s nice I can have it woven into a beautiful tapestry weaving or throw.
